After purchasing a course, go to "My Courses" from the navigation menu. You'll find all your purchased courses there. Click "Continue Learning" to start watching.

For security reasons, video downloads are not available. However, you can watch the videos anytime online as long as you have an active account.

Please contact our support team via email with your order details. Refund requests are processed within 7 business days if you meet our refund policy criteria.
